整機特性：

1.精密點焊機由精密點焊電源和精密點焊機頭組成，精密點焊電源也可與其他自動化工裝配套使用；

2.具有兩段電流放電控制功能和電流緩升及緩降功能，可以有效地減小焊接飛濺，提高焊接質(zhì)量；

3.配備微電腦控制系統(tǒng)，可以存儲9組焊接規(guī)范供用戶選擇；

4.根據(jù)焊件焊接要求，可選配單面雙點機頭或單面單點機頭；

5. 廣泛用于金屬薄片，金屬絲的精密點焊，如電池組，保險絲，燈絲，導(dǎo)電端子，儀表儀器的精密焊接。

l Precision Spot Welding Machine is composed of precision spot welding power source and precision spot welding head, precision spot welding power source also can be used to work with other automation equipment;

l With two stages current discharge control and current slow rise and slow drop function, can effectively reduce the welding spatter, improve the quality of welding;

l Equipped microcomputer control system, can be stored 9 sets of welding specification for the user choosing;

l According to welding requirements, optional single side double point type welding head or a single side single point type welding head;
