  建立電機數(shù)學(xué)模型:根據(jù)電機的特性,可以建立電機的數(shù)學(xué)模型。對于力矩電機,其傳遞函數(shù)一般為一階慣性模型或二階慣性模型。一階慣性模型的傳遞函數(shù)為:G(s) = Kt / (Js+D),其中J為負載慣性,D為阻尼系數(shù)。二階慣性模型的傳遞函數(shù)為:G(s) = Kt / (Js^2 + D*s + K),其中K為系統(tǒng)剛度。

  驗證傳遞函數(shù):通過將建立的傳遞函數(shù)與實際電機進行比較,可以驗證傳遞函數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確性。具體方法是將實際電機與控制器連接,進行開環(huán)或閉環(huán)實驗,觀察電機的輸出響應(yīng),并與預(yù)測的傳遞函數(shù)進行比較。如果傳遞函數(shù)能夠準(zhǔn)確描述電機的輸出響應(yīng),則說明傳遞函數(shù)具有較高的準(zhǔn)確性。

  需要注意的是,傳遞函數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確性取決于所測量的參數(shù)和實驗條件,因此在進行傳遞函數(shù)測定時,需要保證實驗條件的準(zhǔn)確性和穩(wěn)定性。
