由于接線點數(shù)較多，每個點準確無誤，牢固可靠，排列整齊、美觀。

電源

DCS系統(tǒng)電源要求很高，電源可靠且；

通常采用雙回路供電，自動切換；

萬一兩路都停電，還要有不間斷電源（UPS）瞬時接上，以保系統(tǒng)運行在狀態(tài)。

具體操作員站，工程師站等配置會根據(jù)實際情況有所出入。

系統(tǒng)維護

　　(1)定期對DCS系統(tǒng)電源進行檢查，對于冗余電源系統(tǒng)要定期進行切換實驗工作。同時對UPS電源進行定期的切換檢查，對電池按照要求進行定期放電充電。

　　(2)定期檢查網(wǎng)絡接頭和各連接線是否牢固，控制柜內(nèi)的各接線端子是否牢固可靠。

　　(3)經(jīng)常檢查控制單元、I/O模塊、其他模塊等的工作是否正常。

　　(4)定期檢查接地是否牢固，測試接地電阻是否符合要求。

　　(5)定期檢查控制器、計算機等的工作負荷，并注意是否有升高現(xiàn)象。

　　(6)定期檢查MMI硬盤，并刪除零碎文件，歷史文件經(jīng)常進行外設歸檔備份。

　　(7)利用機組檢修期間逐個復位DCS系統(tǒng)的DPU(分散處理單元)和MMI(人機接口)，以計算機長期運行的累計錯誤。

(2) Regularly check whether the network connectors and connecting wires are secure, and whether the wiring terminals inside the control cabinet are secure and reliable.

(3) Regularly check the operation of control units, I/O modules, other modules, etc.

(4) Regularly check whether the grounding is firm and test whether the grounding resistance meets the requirements.

(5) Regularly check the workload of controllers, computers, etc., and pay attention to whether there is any increase.

(6) Regularly check the MMI hard drive and delete fragmented files. Historical files are often archived and backed up by external devices.

(7) Reset the DPU (Distributed Processing Unit) and MMI (Human Machine Interface) of the DCS system one by one during the maintenance period of the unit to eliminate accumulated errors caused by long-term computer operation.
